Hello, been long! I've spent the last two years juggling between losing weight and just being happy with myself, but I decided to jump back on the weight loss wagon again last November after my Taiwan trip with mum.

In the beginning of 2018, I was weighing about 79kg. I started on the K diet after being inspired by my ex-colleague and was consistent losing weight till I was 66.6kg (lol) in September. That's about a 12.4kg weight loss. Then the year end festivities began and I started to let loose and completely gave up on the diet by the time 2019 rolled in. I was back up to 73kg by November 2019 till I started the diet again.

I'm now at a 67.5kg with a 10kg weight loss goal in mind. I'm aiming to be 58kg by the end of the year, or perhaps even lesser. Let's see, if God willing.
