Grade 3 Piano

Oh yeah, thought I'd update my results from my piano exam on 28 March earlier this year. Thank God, I clinched that distinction I wanted so desperately! Full marks for my second piece and my scales too. I remember as a child, I was pretty disappointed with my Grade 1 results (I got a merit), I was surprised that I was disappointed too, it wasn't like I put in my 200% into it.

I did put in quite a bit of effort into my grade 3 though, so that distinction felt amaziiiiiing. Many thanks to my teacher, Karen, for continuously pushing me. She did say I was going to passs without a problem but she knew my goals for a distinction so she drilled me till I got it. Yay.

Up next: Grade 5! I'm gonna work for that distinction again to make full use of the fees I'll be paying for the exam lol.
