(I'm really bad at multitasking though)
Okay so Friday.
Friday started off really early, 'cause I was going to the airport to send Chels off! It's a pity we didn't manage to meet up while she was touring here, but at least I got to meet her before she flew back home!
Again, it wasn't THAT awkward, so it was pretty cool. I should totally meet up with all the Harry Potter fans all around the world, it's really cool okay.
And it's totally awesome that everyone's flooding to Singapore for the exhibition, so hehe.
So anyway, it was a short meet-up, 'cause she had to leave for the departure hall really soon, so we parted ways.
Went back to my dad's place, and then I just crashed on my bed 'cause I was feeling oh so lethargic. But I ended up reading the marauders' fic and ended up not sleeping at all. I can't believe I actually procrastinated sleep, what the heck!
I can't really remember what I did, I think I went to BlackShot with Jialat for a few hours, then Novy called and said she was done with her work and stuffs, so I played one last game with Jialat before going off to meet her.
Met her at Tampines Inter 'cause she wanted to get cupcakes from the new cupcake store from T1. I.... can't recall the shop's name but anyway,
Happy kid is happy!
Oh right, it's called Cupcakes With Love.
We had dinner at this umm, this this.. this eatery!! The one next to Bengawan Solo at the interchange. Novy kept using my phone to Instagram her beloved cupcakes LOL. Somebody buy my bestfriend an iTouch 4th Gen please.
We kind of just sat around there for awhile, then we took the bus back to her place. Bathed and all, and I swear this girl is obsessed with IG man, HAHA.
WATCHED TVD'S SEASON 3 FINALE. I've been waiting SO LONG to rewatch this with her, because I wanted to see her reactions.
The wait was totally worth it. Her reactions were priceless. She'd literally pause the episode and react with A LOT of emotions, and then she'd continue.
She actually stroke Elijah's face when he appeared on her screen HAHA.
(I shouldn't be talking so much, I do that a lot too, LOL)
Sigh, rewatching the episode was as sad as when I watched it the first time. 'SPECIALLY WHEN JEREMY WENT LIKE, "Oh my god, you're a ghost." MY EMOTIONS, MY POOR BABY.
Okay so anyway, we had another HTHT and.. I don't know if we managed to clear up any misunderstandings, or if it made things better, but it was.. kind of.. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT. It wasn't intense or anything, but it was important. Yeah it was important. I don't know if we managed to clear any doubts and misunderstandings, but it's a start.
Our friendship is pretty darn strong eh. We can put it through hell, and it'll eventually come out stronger like it always do.
BUT, as usual, this girl fell asleep halfway during our talk, so it was just me and my own personal thoughts.
Tried seriously hard to sort all the things in my mind, but it ended up giving me quite a huge headache. Also, I realised that music does NOT help when you're trying to think through everything, because music gets depressing at times.
Anyway, I gave up, and decided to read instead. Went to sleep around 2AM.
Novy woke me up around 9.30AM (if I remember correctly) 'cause she had a nightmare. I vaguely remember something about flying lizards (after the serious part of the nightmare), but I really can't be too sure about that. Like where the heck did that fit in.
We played BlackShot with Jialat, Kai and Melvin for awhile, then she had to go prepare to meet her groupmates for her project, and then she was going to Zouk for the Poshism finale thing.
We've been bestfriends for many years, and I've been through some of her really bad wardrobe crisis, but none of them compared to this one LOL.
9 OUTFITS.
LOL she was supposed to meet her group at 12.30 @ Orchard, but ended up dragging it till 3.30PM (and then eventually 4PM)
It wasn't the look she expected, but I thought it was nice enough. DESIGNERS AND THEIR REALLY HIGH EXPECTATIONS!
She's co-owning my phone, (for the instagram y'know) so naturally, I have all her pictures. SEEEEE it looks good doesn't it?
And she was wearing heels so she was freakishly tall, and my forehead was at like her cheeks, what the hell?!?!
Anyway, I accompanied her to Orchard 'cause the heels she was wearing (it was her cousin's) were hurting her a lot, and I was seriously scared that she's gonna fall down and twist something or whatever, so I went with her to Orchard.
Waited with her till Vaddi (her group/class/(ithink)mate) came, then I took the train to Tanah Merah.
Took the bus to Jialat's place, and we tried to persuade Zubair to meet us too. Bair was feeling super lethargic, but he came anyway, yay!
Also, we went to Yummy Soy for my favourite soya bean slurpee thingy. Thanks for the treat bro!
Went up to his house, and of course we gamed. We played a few rounds, before going down to fetch Zubair. And of course we gamed more. Totally spending our holidays wisely.
I wanted to go off around 10PM 'cause I had church the next day, and I didn't want to go back so late. But Novy called after her Poshism thing, and said she wanted to come over and chill, so I decided to stay over, 'cause we're probably going to stay up really late.
Jialat was so nice, he cooked noodles for us, and made milo, LOL.
We just hung around his living room, and of course.. BlackShot. Novy didn't bring her laptop though, so we just swapped around a bit.
I don't know what we did actually, but it was 2.45AM already, and Novy was going to crash any moment, so we all walked her back home.
Bedok is a very creepy place to walk around at night, and the guys were talking about ghostly tales, and I was so creeped out.
Reached Jialat's place around 3.30AM, and I decided to sleep 'cause I was tired, and church the next morning y'know.
But umm... I overslept and woke up around 9.30AM instead, with much difficulties. I was supposed to be in church at 9.45AM so I skipped it.
Apparently Jialat did try to wake us up at 8AM (Bair wanted to wake up at 8 too, idk why), but we were such pigs.
Went for breakfast at this hawker, and then I accompanied Jialat to Bugis for his job interview thing, and Bair went back home to sleep, 'cause I think he slept around 7AM.
Went up to Kinokuniya to look for books to read while waiting for him to be done. Bai texted, asking if I was at Bugis, and if I wanted to meet up with him and Novy. I obviously agreed.
Anyway, while I was at Kinokuniya, I saw this book "Thirteen Reasons Why", and the summary sounded really interesting, so I read it.
It's been a reallyyyyyy long time since I sat down at a bookstore with a book, and just read.
It was also the first time I finished a book in a bookstore. I was pretty proud of myself tbh, 4 hours. But it was a pretty short novel anyway.
Bai and Novy came to find me around 3PM, but I only like went with that around 4PM 'cause the plot was so interesting. I thought the writing was pretty bad though. Seems pretty amateurish, but the idea was really original. It was okay I guess. Made me think a lot. Made me feel pretty guilty too. That book totally messed with my thoughts, sigh.
Jialat was done with his job thing by then, so the 4 of us decided to scout for this pancake stall, Strictly Pancakes, 'cause Novy really wanted to try that.
Ngl, the pancakes look superb. But we'll get to that later.
Thank goodness for smartphones. Bai navigated with the map on Novy's phone, and we got there. I don't really remember the journey 'cause I was so sleepy.
Anyway, we got there without getting lost, fortunately. But unfortunately, the shop was closed so we were like aw shit.
Went up to this mall.. I don't know which mall. I was in a daze okay, I don't know why, but my mind wasn't working at all.
They ate there, and LOL.
We were messing around with the cheese flakes thing, and everything just kind of spilled in Bai's soup. It was so funny, his reaction was funnier HAHAHA. WE WERE ALL SO SHOCKED EVEN THOUGH WE KINDA EXPECTED IT TO HAPPEN.
COULDN'T STOP LOL-ING.
Anyway, Novy and Jialat placed their orders, and I think the pancakes took a long time to come, 'cause I fell asleep while waiting. We were seated on the sofa seats and it was extremely comfortable okay.
They woke me up when their food arrived, and damnnnnn it looked good.
It tastes bloody good as well.

So I think we all messed around a bit, before we walked to Dhoby Ghaut's MRT station, and we took the train back. It was a funny train ride. Man, if I had these people with me every time I go to Dover, I wouldn't be complaining as much.
Okay maybe not. The distance still suck.
But I think we'll all be complaining together.
So yeah got back and.. yeah.
Btw I was really pissed off about something quite confidential, and my first thought was to rant to my favourites, and of course I wasn't disappointed. Damn I love you guys.
