So school reopened, and school was pretty good, but of course the distance was a major turn-off. I swear school life would be so much better if it was in the East. .. Or maybe I should just study in TP, but I love SP a lot, despite all the Dover jokes, LOL.
It wasn't really taxing, but all the new information and the rushing of assignments, kills.
Monday was pretty alright. We all walked in class in a daze 'cause we all obviously missed our holidays haha. Got a B+ for DEAE, didn't get back any results for Gen Ed, and.. IDD was as usual, boring as hell. Think I took the train back with Jialat on Monday. Was supposed to meet Hakeem, but he got dismissed earlier.
Haven't seen keem in such a long time, hope he's meeting us next Saturday!
Tuesday.. I strolled in class at 10.30AM when it started at 9AM. Oops. But I was lazyyyyyy to wake up early for class, although I think I missed out a lot 'cause we started on shading. SIGH, there is a reason why I failed art okay. Can't believe I'm doing art again.
VAF was awesome as usual. We edited our videos, and it took 2 laptops and a mac desktop 'cause I don't know why. Fun though.
Wednesday was okay I guess. WAD wasn't that bad, but Bala was being naggy as usual. Definitely didn't miss him over the holidays.
Stayed back to do VAF after class, and then I went to meet Novy 'cause she sounded like she needed somebody in her text and I was being all worried and stuffs, so yeah.
We were so bloody bored though, 'cause we weren't used to meeting so early. I think we met around 4PM, and then we had to wait till 6PM for the boys, and time passed so slowly.
Bai came to meet us first, followed by Jialat and Larry. Had dinner, then slacked around with them while waiting for their movie to start. Didn't watch with them 'cause it was a horror movie and I didn't have money anyway.
Thursday..... Oh Thursday was bloody productive! Stayed back in school with Lena, Nic and Tina to do our film editing, and our VAF report/story board, and we finished the video, the report and..... and I didn't finish the story board though. More on that later. SO PROUD OF OUR VIDEO THOUGH, totally gonna upload it after submission.
Left school around 7.30PM I think. I didn't feel like going back, so I just randomly popped by Novy's place. Literally just called her to come down and watch our film, HAHA.
We spammed my phone with pictures.. and I'm supposed to upload them all, but I'm too lazy, sigh. Soon ok, Novy?
Talked about our.. or rather her very awkward current situation. SIGH, everything's so complicated, but I'm sure all of us will get through this idk, I'm not in the position to say anything HAHA.
Talked till 10PM or so, then I went back and did the storyboard... But I went to check the assignment brief again, and realised that I did everything wrongly, ZZ! Redid it till 4AM-ish, and decided to give Friday's class a miss.
On Friday, I woke up to whatsapp messages saying that the assignment's deadline was postponed. ZZ I STAYED UP FOR NOTHING, but oh well. Apparently they didn't do much during WAD too, so I didn't really feel guilty about skipping class.
Went back to sleep, and woke up around 11AM, and immediately rushed down to MBS. HAHA, I was such an enthusiastic kid. Y'know, I emailed MBS, asking if I could enter the Harry Potter exhibition shop without paying for the entrance fee, and they were so nice with their replies:
SUCH NICE PEOPLE.
Anyway, I met that MJ guy at the counter, and he brought me in from a difference place, and told me to take my time in the shop.
I NEARLY DIED THERE, everything was so beautiful okay.
Got my hoodie by the way, so freaking happy. I was all smiles after I paid my money LOL. I DON'T CARE THAT I WENT WITHOUT FOOD FOR SO LONG JUST FOR A HOODIE, IT WAS WORTH IT. NEXT WILL BE MY MAP.
hehehe.
Was led out by another staff, then I took the train + bus to meet Novy, and we went to 112 Katong for her job interview.
The manager reminded me of Ms Wong, and goodness, she was so long-winded!!! But she's super nice though, so I guess it's okay.
We went back to my place after the interview, to get my stuffs ('cause I wasn't expecting to meet up with Novy), and then we went to her place.
I WAS STARVING LIKE A CRAZED WOMAN BY THEN. ISABELLE NEVER GOES WITHOUT FOOD and I went without for 32 hours, because I forgot to have dinner after meeting up with Novy the night before x_x
That was horrible. You see the things money-saving does to me, so used to not having either lunch or dinner.
BUT ANYWAY, THE FOOD AT NOVY'S PLACE WAS WORTH IT. I seriously love eating at her place 'cause the food there is amazing.
I went there with a special craving for her noodles, and her sister/sister's friend cooked too. Her sister/sister's friend made pizza, chicken wings and salads.
Had dinner while watching Iron Man 2 with them, and bloody hell. Her sister's friend is really really tall. 174CM IS SCARILY TALL. Novy kept asking me to stand next to her, 'cause I was the shortest there at that time, sigh.
Bathed and all after dinner, then played a few rounds of BlackShot, but it was laggy and the internet wasn't that good, so we gave up in the end.
And then we spent like nearly 2 hours blogging, LOL. Talked a bit before we fell asleep.
SATURDAY.
Woke up around 9AM and kept falling back asleep, till I checked my phone, and realised I had a missed call from Novy (who went to school), and a whatsapp message from her sister. But Novy called to ask me to check my whatsapp anyway, 'cause her sister asked if I wanted breakfast.
SO NICE OF HERRRRRRR. Thank your sister again for me, Novy.
They bought back prata, and I was like... not shy sia. (I don't know how to phrase that in proper english LOL) Took my own plate, bowl, utensils, washed everything and stuffs, like it was my house HAHA. Not shy.
Lazed around till it was time to go out, and headed down to Simei to meet everyone.
Met up with Novy first, then Kai, then Jialat, then Bair.
We waited a long time for our favourite couch at Starbucks sigh, but it was worth the wait. I refuse to sit anywhere else but on my couch! I swear that spot is so comfortable. It's like our own little spot.

We didn't read all the way though. Kai, Zubair and I ended up singing A7X songs in monotones HAHA. We searched for lyrics and then we sang, and Kai was air drumming, and zubair was singing backup and it was so funny HHAHA. ESPECIALLY KAI. COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING 'cause he's such a quiet guy, and it's so funny when he gets hyped up.
We also discussed about where we're gonna stay and all after graduation, 'cause I think we're really serious about moving in with each other.
Oh, and then I was telling them that I was worried that we'll get way too comfortable with each other, and end up not living a proper life, like we'll grow too dependent on each other, and that's bad.
But then we had a long pause and then we were like "NAHHHH, that won't happen." LOL, SELF-COMFORTING.
I think we all got hungry by 7.30PM, so we all packed up and left for BBQ chicken. Jialat treated us, thanks bro <3
If I get the job at the bookstore, I'll treat you back when I get my pay okay? :D
Had a good meal, then we all walked to Tanah Merah with Novy. Zubair didn't though, 'cause he strained his hamstring during soccer or something, so he couldn't walk a long distance.
It was such a nice and cooling night, so it was a pleasant walk... 'Cept for the fact that I was still wearing the hoodie urgh. It'd be such a good walk if I wasn't wearing that.
Didn't walk Novy back all the way though, Kai and I parted with them at the MRT station, and then yeah, I came back.
It's been a pretty good week. Can't wait for Wednesday with the bestfriend, and then Friday's stayover as usual, and Saturday with the favourites and Novy's younger sister! WATCHING THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN ON SATURDAY. CAN'T WAIT!
